Friendly Fire

Here's a fairly candid and in-depth account of Pat Tillman's final hours. Just heartbreaking. I can't even bring myself to quote from it.

    I have to agree with Tillman's mother. Accidents do happen. It's a shame. I admire Tillman for his conviction to what he believed was an important undertaking by joining the service. Personally, I think he is a better role model than....let's say, overpaid basketball players.
